Cheap ram; something wrong?

Why is This so cheap?

Is 2133Mhz too much for This?
It confuses me

Edit: 1-2 month delivery woops. Would that still apply on flubit?

You can run faster rated RAM at slower speeds.

Pretty sure it's because of the 1-2 month delivery. The 1600mhz was same price but went up 25 euro or so.

I'm currently using 16GB (4x4GB) Patriot RAM, not sure which model or if it's even available any more. Had it about two years and I know it's cheap since it was part of a budget FX4100, mobo and RAM bundle. I've never had a single problem with it, great speed and reliability, so I would have no fears about purchasing their products again.
