Promethean PRM-30 'filter warning'

I have a Promethean PRM-30 that is displaying 'filter warning' in the top left corner of the screen with no video display. I have tried cleaning the filter but this has made no difference. I would be grateful if anyone could help with this.

If you are sure that the filter has been cleaned sufficiently and there is no other build up of dust in the projector, I think you just need to reset the filter counter in the menu.
