Its a scrape for sure, not the best one ever, but not a bad one.

My mate said he got some kinda magic pen to fill in little scrapes and it worked a treat...

no idea what its call tho!

Its a bit worse in real life sorry bout the bad quality photo off my phone. I had the bumper resprayed myself a few months ago and it was perfect. Then someone scraped it in my apartment complex (the photo you see) and left their details to get it sorted but are now arguing against the quote I got.

I'm just looking for what people think it should cost to sand down, prime it, paint and lacquer and make sure it matches the rest of the bumper with no patched etc

Check with a local bodyshop. If someone else did it go through their insurance?

does not look too bad, you would be able to get away with a cut compound if it were on metal, but this looks like a plastic bumper which might pose a problem. As others said get a quote.

I got quotes of between 250 and 150 for something very like this recently - shop around - in fact my scrape was a good bit worse than yours.

In the end I went with a local shop for 160 - and they gave me a car to drive around for the day, too.
