    Hi noiniho,

    We will indeed check to see what has happened here. Can you send me a private message saying that you are the account-holder and including your Electric Ireland account number, your name/address in full as they appear on your account, and the contact telephone number on your account?

    We will be able to proceed with the investigation then.
