I'm sitting beside the runway and I notice a familiar manufacturing livery but can't yell who the airline is till its closer. I'm guessing this is a new a/c ? Is it the same model 737-? Or is it a new model 737. Tbh I can't ever tell between the 5,6,7,8,9 models if they are the numbers. Just find it strange to see it in a Boeing livery unless they leasing it cause only the tail is done or they are promoting the company or with all this new nice airline stuff they have become slow at repainting. .

Anyway have to go Aer Lingus retro is about to take off.

Wow 9 years. You wouldn't think it from a far. Speaking of age didn't think FR would have a/c that old. Cause don't they keep a young fleet or is that averaged out?

Their oldest (EI-DAC) is almost 11 years old.
Which is fairly young for most fleets!

DCL looks great, but is notorious for technical problems, the sooner they sell that one the better.

This time next year I believe. Initially it will be replacements only but then by 2016 there will be add ons to the fleet size.
