Xenon headlights

    I have a Subaru Impreza with xenon headlights. I will be driving the car in France soon. Can xenon headlights be adjusted so that they are legal when driving on the right or do I have to fit beam deflectors?

    I never see foreign registered cars with beam deflectors in Ireland.

    It depends on the headlight. I m not familiar with Subaru headlights, but you you are looking for something called the tourist lever (not all headlights have them), it 's a little lever inside the headlight that when moved flattens the beam so you won't blind oncoming drivers , it doesn't convert the headlights to LHD per say.
