    Hi guys,

I'm a regular PAYE taxpayer earning 30kpa with very little experience with anything other than my P60 arriving. I bought shares through work in 2011 and them sold them at the end of 2012 and got dividends once in April. I didn't make much money out of it, only about €700. I didn't think much of it because I looked it up at the time and saw that was below the threshold for capital gains tax. Skip forward to last week and the revenue sent me an email saying I need to complete a form 11. I rang the revenue and they said they sent the form to an old address in January. I tried to figure out the forms myself but it's gobbledygook to me. I noticed in the email they sent me they said I can contact my local revenue officer for assistance with the form but I've been trying to call them every day since but it's always busy. Someone suggested taxback.com but they wanted to charge over 300 to help me but I don't have that kind of money.

I'm really hoping someone could provide me a little bit of help, just even to tell me which sections of the form are relevant to me. I'm really desperate here. I want to give them the information they want but I'm so confused

This can be returned on a form 11e which can be submitted by paper.

If you want to pm the details of your P60 and share details I would complete the form free charge it would only take 5 mins or so.
