Great support group in the North Wicklow area: Triple A Alliance:

    http://www.triplea.ie/news/aboutus.shtml

Founded in 2002, many of the young people are young adults now.
The people involved are helpful, supportive and welcoming.

    Also with Wicklow origins
    http://www.aspergersadvice.org/
has changes afoot at the moment
and the new website mentioned in the Sept 2013 post
does not appear to be up and running yet,
    but watch that space.
