Springboard course / Tus Programme at same time?

Just wondering has anyone done both at the same time?

I am interested in a Springboard course but it's only 2 days a week and classed as part time (even though its 2x8 hour days which is pretty much class contact hours for a lot of degree courses).

I also have a TUS interview soon, just wondering if I get shoved into some position there, would I have to give up the course? Or will they expect me to fit both in during the week?

Springboard course is in an area I very much want to pursue, the TUS position probably won't be.

    Any info would be great.

To qualify for Tus you have to be in receipt of Job Seekers payment.

People on a Tus scheme can apply for a Springboard course after getting approval from DSP facilitator.

I doubt very much you can do both but not sure.

    This is conflicting/contradicting advice

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

I think he/she means that you would terminate your TUS position to take up the Springboard course.
