Registered to teach Physics, Biology and Agricultural Science, in relation to substitute teaching what is the best way to prepare for subbing work, just starting out and i havent really taught bar my teaching practice, so a little worried about my depth of subject knowledge as i have not yet taught my subjects in any school?

Ideally talk/meet with teacher that you are covering , not always possible but this is the ideal starting point.
Next best option talk to other teachers on those subjects and discuss the school subjects plan.
Then plan and prepare with focus on key areas - use down time to be well ahead.
No man/woman is an island! Best wishes
