Canon SX240 HS or Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ25?

OK, so I'm off to New York in 3 weeks time and I don't very much fancy lugging around my Fuji FinePix HS20, so I'm looking for a camera that's travel friendly (also it's my birthday on Saturday).

My budget is around the €150 mark and I'm looking at one of these two:

There doesn't seem to be much between them, the Panasonic Lumix looks a bit outdated but has a fast focus, HDR built in and a Leica lens, the Canon has a slightly better zoom, better macro and marginally better picture quality in low light.

Which one should I go for?

Yes, that had actually crossed my mind.

Can anyone recommend a good camera store in Manhattan/Queens?

See if you can get to B&H Photo or look online and get them to deliver to your address over there.
