What preworkout?

    Started back up in the gym I have a weight gainer which I take after workout and I am now wondering what is the best preworkout and what online stores can I get it?

    Whey protein and a cup of coffee does it for me. Most pwo stuff just looks like expensive caffeine most of the time.

    Yup, that should be grand. Try bulkpowders, myprotein or theproteinworks - they are all in and around the same.

    If you want to feel like a man on drugs take Citroen Yates prework out can't remember the name but my god it was intense.
    Couple of others is no explode,shotgun,1mr.
    There are so many if u fancy a real pick me up and crazy insane pumps try some eh, no

    The original Jack3d was king; the new formula (jack3d micro) is also good.

    Gaspari superdrive is brilliant.

    1rm is just caf heavy stiff; I don't like.

    BSN no-explode; don't like, makes me feel like puking.

    Hemorage, did nothing for me.

    Rocked (I think is the name) was great.

    Myprotein pulse, meh.

    Ripped freak, good.

    Tried the Dorian Yates stuff aswell (a satchet) its good.

    preworkout supps should be used sparingly IMO, they're habit forming.

    i train first thing in the morning. these new mc vities oat biscuits are good, usually have that with a coffee, banana and yoghurt along with two of these bad boys as soon as i wake up

    First day back in the gym earlier on before I went in I had a Mars bar and a can of Monster energy felt pretty good :)

    people who workout first thing, be interested to know what people try, sometimes it is difficult to eat first thing.

    coconut oil has MCT's in it. I use it mixed in with black coffee before my early weights sessions and it works very well. Start off with a tea spoon and work up to two. You can by it in Dunnes for about €4 which is less that than half the price it goes for in the health food shops.

    for added bonus add a pould of butter and a egg yolk
