    Hi,

I just snapped my left-hand shifter paddle.

I'm looking for a left-hand shifter paddle or an old left hand complete hood... it doesn't need to be working all I need is the paddle.

    Cheers
    Scott

It's ergopower, so the older 10 speed version.

I'll take the Veloce lever, I'll give you a few quid...

I live in Bray but work in town..

BTW : Where are you seeing a new lever for €40

    Hi,

    I'm looking for this version.

    http://cdn.mos.bikeradar.com/images/bikes-and-gear/components/brake-levers/CYP204.centaur.shiftr37287-399-75.jpg

I don''t think the newer paddles will fit.

    Thanks anyway

Refitting the new inner shift lever is a very tricky job. If your doing it yourself, take plenty of pictures at each stage and record the position of the springs!

No, I'm not going to do it myself... I don't think I have the patience/expertise for that.. the guys in cycleways will do it.

The problem is they don't have the older version paddle in stock...I can find it on some US websites but with postage it's costing about €70..
I'll keep looking and see if I can source one elsewhere..

Try ribble in the UK and also google Campagnolo spares in the UK. There is a campagnolo service centre in the UK that also supply spare parts and / or do these types if repairs.

I have a set of Mirage and Veloce shifters at home. The indexing on the Mirage is gone but the levers and paddles are OK. They look very similar to the pic in the link. You can have them for free if you want.

The Veloce ones are fully functional but there are a few scrapes. Same style as the Mirage hoods. Would probably want 40eur for them.

Both sets are 9sp double. From the looks of it the levers are the same as the 10sp versions.

    Cheers Hmmzis,

I might take the Mirage one and see if it works... as it's only the paddle I don't think it matters if it's 9 or 10 speed..

    Are you around Dublin??

    Thanks

Yes, I'm in Dublin (Rathfarnham). Can also bring them along to work in the city centre.

I'll send you a pm with details.

Some links recently from doozerie on getting spares for campag. I also linked a video on servicing campag shifters, though I ended up replacing rather than fixing.
