ebay can't close an unpaid case

    Hi everyone,

    I have a small problem on ebay and i hope you can help me out, so basically a buyer brought a boxset off me but didn't pay. I sent a message asking if there was a problem but didn't get any answer. A few days later i opened a unpaid case, no reply after 4 days later, i went to close the case but i can't seem to be able to do that.

    When you get to screen where you close the case, and they ask if the buyer paid i can click 'yes' but the option for 'no' is grayed out:( any idea what's going on?

    Could be the time-frame , might have to wait longer before allowed close .

    Best to ignore for the moment and move on .

    Re-list and sell to genuine buyer.

    Think it was just the time frame

    managed to close the case
