Hi polly27, I have removed one part of your post as you are not allowed to ask for medical advice on boards.ie and I think that is more of a medical question.
On the other parts, you'd have to ask your doctor if you are too big to conceive and also how big you get during pregnancy depends on a lot of factors so nobody can really answer that either.
Good luck trying to conceive though
