I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this thread but if the landlord does not have the correct amount of bedrooms on the lease (less than there are actually) would that be a sign that they may be dodging tax? Also there has been no letters from the PRTB to say that we are registered with them. Thanks for any info

Number of bedrooms on a lease wouldn't be a factor for tax generally. Not being prtb registered is another matter.
