Excel formula Removal, is this even a thing

Hi, have a large excel sheet that i am trying to repurpose. Currently it references specific files but I would like to be able to paste the whole lot into word for some editting. Is this even possible, i suppose turning off "=" mean formula would be an idea but i dont know if this is even possible.
