Confused about what, if anything, I need to do

I was recently on a CE scheme after which I got a job with another company. The company I was at for the scheme has asked me to do their dicta-typing from home and have offered €20 an item. Do I have to register somewhere or do something to make this legal? It'd work out at about €250 a month, so it's not big money.
