Immergas boiler issue

Hey, Looking for a bit of advice, in our apartment we have an immergas boiler (pic attached). that supplies us with hot water and heating. Though at the moment no heat is making it to any of the radiators. We are however getting hot water.
The pressure gauge is at zero, when attempting to fire up the boiler it does make all the right sounds and the red light does disappear then re-appears but still we are not getting any heat to our radiators.

Is it a simple enough fix? Could really do without calling a plumber!!
    Any advice appreciated.
    Thanks

Your system is a two zone system, one for hot water and one for heating. The heating zone is normally controlled by a thermostat somewhere in the apartment. Your should find the thermstat and check if it clicks on and off when you move it.
The thermosat controls a valve which allows water to flow in the hot water circuit. This is normally located in the hot press. There will most likely be two of them, one for the hot water and one for the heating. They look like boxes sitting on the pipes. You can identify the heating one by feeling the pipes when the boiler has been on and feeeling which is cold on one side.
