Any advice.......spilled about a quarter of a glass of red wine straight onto my tablet. I whipped it out of the silicone case, turned it off & wrapped it in a clean tea towel.

Now it won't power up, any advice on what I can do or who I could leave it with in the Dublin area?

    Thanks

    do the usual,
    leave it in rice..
Leave device 1-3 days to completely dry in a moderate temperature, low humidity environment. If you're lucky, after this dry out time, you'll be able to power up your device

Thanks, I've done that but would red wine not dry with a residue? Should I try to get it cleaned out in some way or is it just a case of fingers crossed?

Sorry to hear OP. When I saw the thread title I thought you were talking about the Linux programme that emulates windows programmes.
