Changing from UPC To Vodafone/Eircom

What would people reccomend? Really unhappy with my UPC connection, paying for 50mb, get 15mb max and its more often then not under 1mb. I'd be happy with a regular 15mb but its just not reliable. And the WIFI on the Cisco router is a shambles. Are the vodafone or eircom fibre offerings a decent alternative? Advice greatly…
