Change course

Dose anyone know if its possible to change course after a semester or year to a similar course just in a different college? Without having to carry modules e.g from computing dit to computing in say ITB ?

I think the college have to do a module comparison to allow you to continue in their college from another college. Also, I think you have to complete a full year in one college before moving.
