Price on Replacing Block Wall - 1.8m High

My elderly neighbour had the misfortune of having her boundary wall collapse recently. Its with the other neighbour, not me!

It transpires the wall, built in 1999 approx. 36 metres long had no piers so it weakened over time and fell.

The engineer has specified total removal and has said that the existing foundation can be used but wants 7 piers, block on flat construction with the new wall built as was before.

What would be the price for a builder to come in, and rebuild to the same height, 7 piers block on flat but he can use the existing caps as they're undamaged.
Self finish on the wall with no plastering etc

    Thanks !

    Mr Laurel,

Thats a lot of wall 36m long, It there are over 1500 blocks on their flat would cost over €2400 depending on what part of the country you are in. Not including removal of the old blocks.

Sorry, I think I got my wires crossed. Engineer told neighbour that it would need 7 piers built block on flat but the wall itself could be built in regular blockwork
