4G tablet in Ireland with GSM

    I lost my phone recently and I don't want to have to buy a phone outside of my upgrade cycle so I thought I'd get a tablet that I could use as a phone for a while. Getting a tablet that is future proofed means getting 4G capability (I know I can tether but if Irish telecoms catch up with the rest of the world hopefully they'll offer dual sim plans in the next 2yrs).
    The problem is that nobody in the country seems to stock tablets other than the Ipad especially even for 3G. I tried to buy the note 8 on amazon and then had more order cancelled:mad: so a quick purchase is needed.

    What I'd really love is a windows 8 tablet that has 4G and GSM but I'm not sure if that exists anywhere.
