    Hello,
This is a very basic question, but I just can't figure it out.

The sound doesn't work on some website on both my PC and my laptop, e.g. www.entertainment.ie and www.youtube.com

I can hear radio channels and Sky TV live, any help gratefully received.

    Thanks,

Eintertainment.ie and Youtube are using Flash. Sky Go is using Silverlight and your radio channels are probably wma/mp3 stream. So I guess it's a Flashplayer problem.

Install the latest version of Flash, download here. (ActiveX for Internet Explorer, Plugin for Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

I downloaded latest version of Flash, but it didn't resolve the problem. I use Google chrome, but will try Explorer tomorrow and see how I get on.

    THanks again.

    Thanks, I've figured it out!
I had downloaded Java 7, when I removed it and used Java 6, the sound plays perfectly.

    All the best.
