I'm willing to sample all your attempts.
My first Christmas cake , I decided to make it blue for like a snowy scene.i ring stuck to the rolling pin.i banged it as hard as I could to get it off and it flew up and stuck to the ceiling .
I've shopped for cake in Supervalu / farmers market since.

A girl called Orla does it for kids in skerries .its the cookie club.
Ill try find her number and pm it.i dont know if she does adults .
I'm sure shes not up to the challenge is me anyway.
Ill see if I can find it .

I'd highly recommend Robyn'sNest in Swords. Great facilities, small classes & a good variety of classes.

Lots of interesting and varied night classes in different types of cooking in Hartstown Community School.

They will probably be starting a new set after Christmas.
