I know as a staff member that you can join any of the clubs and socs but I was wondering if anyone has any experience of this. I get the impression (rightly or wrongly) that it going to be jammers with freshers.
Are there any clubs that are more suited to staff/post docs?
Currently I'm think rocking climbing or judo.....

Clubs and Socs will always have an Influx of freshers regardless of the Society/Club in question. I'm not too sure but there was Postgrad society on campus a few years back.
