    very cool pics! well done to all! **please no complaining regarding the last pic -- it was an upload to the boards, rather than a link from an external source, so no other sizes were available. though there was a warning in the random thread to make sure future sizes were sub 800px wide **

    I have a big soft spot for stars so I love the first two images. I'd like to ask Fiacre where that monument is, and ask Ian if he has any tips on photographing the Milky Way?
