OP, if I open your thread, you will inevitably attract heated debate with regard to Abortion, which you really don't need right now.

Positive Options offer impartial advice. Personally I feel that they would be a good starting point for you, as some GP's can have a religious stance on Abortion (not all, mind) Cura and Life are religious based so are best avoided too.
