Improving three.ie connection

    Hi

    my brother has moved into the sticks and the only available internet to him is a three.ie dongle

    I'm up on computers but don't know much about these things

    I've done a bit of reading and I can accept there may be no chance to improve his signal (which gets awful during the weekend)

    Apart from the standard measures of moving it near window etc is there anything he can do to improve signal strength or connectivity?

    Aerials? antennae? repeaters? don't know much about them, but would be willing to spend a bit even if it's only a slight improvement
