Our experience was that the recruitment agencies tended to waste time. Half of them don't officially have a contract with PayPal so they are just using you to try and get a sale from PayPal which wastes a lot of time for you and might not be successful. Much better to apply directly - that way at least you know Paypal actually got your cv.
