    i have a clinic appointment at the rehab clinic in dunlaoire, my question is, if i get a taxi at heustion, it takes me to connoly, i get the dart to dunloaoiry, from there a taxi .to the rehab centre, what is the time frame, how long from heuston to the nhr, thanks in advance.

    If I were you I'd ask in the Dublin County South forum that covers Dun Laoghaire. You're more likely to get help in there since people living in the area will be used to travelling to and from town.

    Probably better suited to the Dublin forum but anyway.

    Heuston to Connolly - can get either Luas (15-20 mins) or a taxi (10-15 mins)

    Connolly to Dun Laoghaire - dart to takes ~ 30 minutes.

    Dun Laoghaire station should have taxis available. You're looking at maybe 10 mins in a taxi, depending on traffic.

    You could get the dart to Sandycove or Glenageary either - they're probably slightly closer.

    thanks folks, my question is answered, it was a case of finding out which train i need to get to travel up.
