Toilet drain blocked

    Hi my niece has flushed a shop receipt and one kitchen paper sheet down the loo and blocked the toilet drain not the toilet, it seems fine when you look into the toilet but now when flushed it backs up and drains away slowly, could someone recommend a powder or liquid to unblock the loo. Would caustic soda work and how would I use it, please help.:(

    Just get an old mop and pump it down the toilet , & it will clear it.

    Or a sewer rod with a plunger on it.

    Plunger is a 4" flat rubber disc.
