Hi there, i'm wondering does anyone know of any yoga classes in the Beaumount, artane of Clontarf are...even Northside Dublin. I would like a style which would help breathing/lungs. thanks

We're in Clonshaugh, close to Northside Shopping Centre. We practice Ashtanga, which focuses on the breath.

Classes are on Wednesdays at 5.30pm and Thursdays 8.30pm.
