Superquinn are getting rid of quite a few nice gourmet-ish products:

When scanning the shelves look out for shelf labels with a hand-drawn asterisk beside the item name; I think this marks the discontinued products.

A lot of the stores cleared the shelves of Superquinn branded products weeks ago as the Supervalu products are already in.

The one in Heuston still has certain herbs and spices for 50c or jars of sauces for €1 but some are still marked full price too.

A few weeks ago they had displays full of them but you really have to seek them out now. You may be lucky to find a bargain on the shelves but I wouldn't go out of my way if you don't live near one.
