Hello I am waiting on final assessment from SUSI and I expect that I will get the flat rate 2000 euro fee contribution. Does anyone know whether this will be paid into my bank account or directly to the college? My fees have already been paid through a bank loan, so Im just wondering how this would work if they pay it directly to the college?

hi, I was told that they will pay it directly to the college and you claim it back then, I'm also expecting the 2k although holding out for more! not sure how long the refund process will take

thanks for that! I was quite unsure as they asked me for my bank details with my application but I read on the website that all fee grants were paid directly to the college:( all seems a bit ridiculous though seen as my fees have been paid in full, would make more sense to give me the money directly so I can start making the repayments on my loan:/

yeah I know, and then we are relying on the efficiency of the college as well to get our money, good luck with it :o

Hey, did either of you hear any news yet?
Ive been waiting for assessment for over 6 weeks now!

Also were you asked to fill out an FCA form? I was asked for one, then told it was a mistake and it would push my grant back further.

I was asked to send in fca form a good few weeks ago, am still waiting, I applied June 5th and sent in any requested forms within 48 hours....the wait continues....

I had everything in since the 27th, I had applied much earlier but they only asked for my documents then.

Two weeks later they emailed me and asked me to fill in an FCA. This was supposedly counted as me submitting my documents so I was pushed back further in the queue (And I didn't even need to fill it in!)

I don't know if this helps anyone, but on the phone susi said they were trying to process all post grad grants by the 19th. Hopefully we should be hearing soon.
