Filling out a Form 11 where no income as self-employed

From 2008 to 2012, I was a 25% shareholder in a company. I worked for and was paid by this company until Dec 2011 but I remained a 25% shareholder until Dec 2012. I received no income from the company in 2012 - in fact, I had no dealings at all with this company. For 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 I fully settled my tax bill each year.
From Jan 2013 onwards, I will have 0% sharehold in the company.

In 2012, 100% of my salary came from a PAYE job. All my tax/usc deductions were taken at source and are correct.

When I enter all the details into the Form 11 online, it says I own Revenue quite a bit
I just want to claim some medical expenses :(

Is there something I'm missing here? I would have expected

In the form 11: "Gross amount of income from Irish employments, offices and non-Proprietary Directorships subject to PAYE" is correct, taxation is correct, USC is correct!

If the deductions are correct how could you owe tax, have you claimed the PAYE Cr?

Op you must be putting a figure into the wrong box, ring tax office or accountant and ask.
