Steam key for pre-owned games

I bought football manager 13 of amazon for €20. It hasn't arrived yet and I'm not sure if it's pre owned or not. Will steam provide with a code if I provide them with a receipt. Of course it might be grand as most of the review are 5 stars

Dunno I think its useless as the code can only be sued once try get a refund.

Would you consider just downloading the game? you can get it for 10 - 15 euro now.

Its here for 20 but it could be region locked so i wouldn't chance it. You could deffo get FM14 for about 30ish tho it might be worth the wait and extra tenner

I think I'll get 13. Money is tight and I want to get fifa 14 and put some cash away for christmas I'm only 18. So I need to save every euro I can
