Hi lads was interesting in breeding pheasants , I have both cocks anfd hans coming in the next month or two and a very secure pen from them to keep out foxes , was wondering do you need an incubator to hatch eggs or is it all natural? Any advice would be helpful

The hens you buy are known for being bad mothers compared to wild birds, so therefore using incubators or bantams are the methods which bring best results! Your talking about keeping a cock bird and a number of hens for the year so you might need an extra pen which is totally predator proof and feeding all year round!
