    Hi
We are looking at buying a new build. There are more bathrooms than are needed so I was considering changing one toilet on the 1st floor to a laundry room with a washing machine. Is there any reason this is not possible, regs etc?
    TIA

Just make sure that any drain pipes that are not going to be used are correctly capped and sealed off to ensure no gasses and odours from the sewer system can escape back into the room.
    Otherwise no problem.
