Android Mini PC Question

    Hey guys, I'm thinking of ordering one of these - I know many here use them but I have some questions before I do.

    I just want to hook this up to my tv to stream movies that are downloaded to my pc - which I share over the network via shared folders on Windows. I do this easily right now via a laptop I connect tot he TV and I browse over the homegroup to the shared folders with avi files in it and they play perfect.

    Will an Android mini pc do the same thing? Is it easy to configure? I have a wireless keyboard and mouse which I plant to use with it.

    Which one should I go for - what is the most popular & reliable one?
