For your own account security, can you please edit your post and remove the account number? We recommend that you never share your account details publicly on the internet.

The bill release date is approximate as it can depend on when the meter readings come through from ESB Networks, but if you still haven't received it by this morning, please feel free to PM us your account details and we can look into it for you.
