I do not wish over reactions on this topic, so go else where.

Anyone any experience with putting their beloved pet here?

I think they're just the graves of pets that belonged to the family that used to own the place, no?

Despite having been to Powerscourt a few times - I'd never heard about the Pet Cemetary until reading this - upon a quick Google session I learned - that yes indeed it is the resting place of the owners pets, not a general pet cemetary.

From Powerscourt own website: "Largest Pet Cemetery in Ireland
One of the most interesting parts of Powerscourt Gardens is the pet’s cemetery which is the resting place of the much loved pets of the Wingfield and Slazenger families. It’s situated in a quiet part of the gardens where you can enjoy the striking colours of Azaleas, Rhododendrons and Roses in May and June. The cemetery is believed to be the largest pets' cemetery in any private Irish garden."

There was one not far from Enniskerry in Kilmolin. I'm not too sure if it is still going though.
