First car: advice on fixing scratch, nick, scrape and small dent or two

Enjoying new car for a bit over a month now, haven't managed to add any abrasions to the car myself, but although it's a nice looking 05, she does already have some minor ones.

Ideally I'd like to fix these up myself, I enjoy a bit of DIY in the house and do detail work (electronics), but haven't really done any car work! I'll be driving this (all being well) a couple of years yet though, so I don't want to have to look a botched fixes rather than minor scrapes.

Car is almost like a workbook, as it has almost one each of every kind of minor damage:

    Scratch on the bonnet (annoying):

Nick on the driver's side rear door, needs attention as it's got rust:

Bit of a gouge on the boot lid:

Small dents in the passenger door:

Scrapes on the roof (maybe during a rough windscreen refit?):

Not too concerned about other minor scuffs (bumper) but I'd like to clear up the patches above. I'm guessing it doesn't really make sense to pay for work on these?

How doable are these for a beginner, any order to work on them to build up a little experience for the next? Will even the right paint stand out a mile against 8yr old original paint? Where to get the right supplies/tools?
