    Hi all I would like to start this thread to discuss the fitness test anyone any advice? I do go to the gym occasionally so have a little bit of fitness. Hope this thread helps others too.:p

    If you're lost then try following the British Army fitness test, if you're Army fit then you'll be Police fit.

    Mile and a half in under 9 minutes 40 seconds

    44 Situps in 2 minutes
    44 Push-ups in 2 minutes

    Pull ups are now removed from the Army fitness and now replaced with a deadlift going into a standing military press type machine.
