Chrome: Sound Not Working

The sound in chrome has stopped working. I've tried watching YouTube vids but the sound is completely gone. The sound works perfectly in Safari. Im using an iMac. It was working just fine last night - no settings have been changed. How do I fix it?

This happened to me the other day. Dunno how, but the mute button on the youtube player was the culprit.
