    Hi everyone,

I'm wondering do ye know how long the application process for a residents parking permit in Dublin takes?

Also, not sure if motors or Dublin city is the right forum, if I'm wrong mods please move it.

    Cheers.

I got mine back within a week. Just make sure you have all the paperwork they require (proof of address etc).

One more question, if the policy holder isn't living at the address is this an issue? Both the first named and second named drivers at living at the address in question and the vehicle is registered to this address but I'm just wondering will the council process the application?

2 current alternative proofs of your residency, e.g. utility bills, financial statement.
    It's all here http://www.dublincity.ie/RoadsandTraffic/Parking/ResidentsParking/pages/buyapermit.aspx
