Best 18 holes in Irish Golf (?)

Having asked everyone for their Top 5 Holes, it was reassuring to see many of those mentioned confirming what I consider to be the 'Best Holes' in Irish golf. I think the 13th at Druid's Glen got mentioned several times. Many thanks for your answers.

Unfortunately there can only be 18 holes, although it has given me an idea for another little project.

Here are my final 18, posted on the Your Golf Travel website.

I hate reading your posts Kevin ...always makes me depressed at how few of Irelands best course I've gotten out to play.

Interesting all right, a par 70, who'd like to work out the indices for that course!

Nice one Kevin, don't know if it'll do anything for the slow play problem in the game, haven't done the AA route planner just yet but I'm guessing it'd be a 4 day + round

Depends on what order you play the holes in!

It's a bit like that Nullarbor Links course in Australia - spanning 1,365 km.

fantastic list, great photos too, really makes me want to get out and travel the country and play more of golf!

i have only played one,11th at ballybunion,unreal hole.i was the only person to score on it out of 4 of us and the wind wasn't even up.will have to go on the road next year and play a few more

Yep, nicely done. I might have added The European 17th, but the par five along the sea wouldn't be up there with my top holes from the club.

Stockdam had three and a few others had two on the list. It was hard work for sure.
