Just wondering if anyone knows the cheapest brand of rigid insulation as they all seem to have similar u values and properties?

It all depends on the deal you can do with your local supplier. If you are lucky you could track down some seconds and they are certainly cheaper.

Check donedeal - there's a guy in ballyfin (outside portlaoise) who sells the seconds - very little wrong with them.
