I need to buy a rechargeable electric charged torch light and searched in Tesco, Aldi, Argos and some other shops near to city centre but couldnt find any. Is there any shop in Waterford city where I can get electric torch?

In addition, need to buy few heavy and thick blankets (not lightweight one) for winter in abroad. Any recommendation near to city centre?
